Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when things change and you may need to cancel or postpone your booking.

POSTPONEMENT

If you change the dates of your booking, and it meets the guidelines below, your entire deposit will be transferred to your new booking and will not have a cancellation fee applied.

OFF PEAK AND SHOULDER PERIOD CANCELLATION

Two weeks notice is required for a deposit to be refunded, less a $30 cancellation/admin fee.

PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATION

Four weeks notice is required for a deposit to be refunded, less a $30 cancellation/admin fee

COVID-19 CANCELLATION 

If cancelling out of the above time periods due to COVID-19  lockdown or travel restrictions, we will offer a 12 month credit note, no refunds will be given

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IN THE CASE OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE
